The Moat House Community Trust - Coventry Ramblers Walking for Health set up and lead a network of walks across the City of Coventry. We aim to get more people active by taking up the easiest, cheapest and most convenient form of exercise " WALKING!

Our overall aim is 'To improve the health of the people of Coventry'

Walking is a great and simple way to improve health and meet new friends and it's free.

We at Coventry Ramblers Walking for Healthy Walks offer, dog friendly and wheelchair freindly walks, athletics track lap walking, Pub walks and Nordic Walks. We also offer Buggy Workout sessions. See our website for all information!

All participants can just turn up to our walks. However if you require more information, please contact Moat House Community Trust - Carol Speed on carol@mhct.co.uk or Verity Tiff on veritytiff7@gmail.com.

If there are any groups or individuals that are keen to start walking, we actively encourage individuals to contact us to talk about joining a walk.

All of our walks are led by Volunteer Walk Leaders who are an important part of Coventry

We make sure that all of our walk leaders are trained and supported to work with us to make Coventry people healthier.
