Walk for Wellbeing Berkshire - Sport in Mind
Sport in Mind is the independent Berkshire charity formed in 2011 to provide supported physical activity sessions to help improve the health and wellbeing of people experiencing mental health problems.
We provide a free sports and physical activity programme for adults (18+), the activities are delivered in a supportive environment, open to people of all fitness levels and designed to promote mental wellbeing.

Come and join our short weekly wellbeing walks in Reading and Bracknell, everyone is very welcome! Please arrive 10 or 15 minutes early the first time you come along so that we have time to complete a registration form with you.
Our Friday Reading walk meets in Prospect Park Recreation Park (Liebenrood Rd, Reading RG30 2nd), next to the changing rooms by the carpark, every Friday at 12.00 and there is plenty of free parking available for a gentle sociable walk.
Our Bracknell walk takes place every Thursday meeting at 2.00 outside the Reception area at South Hill Park,( Ringmead, Bracknell RG12 7PA). There will be a short or slightly longer walk avaliable, with lots of interesting things to see on the way round and the chance to have a cuppa and a chat afterwards.
These are fun, gentle, drop-in walk to promote mental wellbeing and lead by a trained walk leaders.
Come and get a breath of fresh air, explore some of the local area! All you need is a bottle of water, and some comfortable shoes!
