About Us

Step by Step Health walks are for people who want to get active and stay active whilst socialising in the local community.

We deliver various weekly and bi-weekly walks ranging from short strolls to walks under 90 minutes.

Walking is a great way to stay active, keep healthy and enjoy the beautiful scenary with like minded people.

All walks are led by trained leaders who have been assessed as suitable.
