Cheltenham: Health Walk
**Local walks for Local people**
Come and join us on one of our regular, weekly walks which are FREE walks led by locally trained volunteers.
We walk 9 times a week Monday to Friday from various locations around Cheltenham and would love you to join us. We offer different options at each walk - shorter, 30 minute walks and a longer 45min-1 hour. We hope that this will help to accommodate those new to walking as well as those who would like more of a challenge.

Walk Option 1
We have a fantastic group of volunteers who support our programme offering a friendly and warm welcome to new and returning walkers. Tea and coffee is encouraged after each walk and many of our walkers take up this opportunity - helping people to get to know each other and build friendships.
We are always looking to add to our group of volunteer walk leaders. If you are interested in leading and/or supporting a walk on our existing programme or you would like to start up your own walk, please contact the Health and Wellbeing Coordinator. We can offer you;
- Free walk leader training (1 day)
- Support to market and promote your walk
- Membership to our Walk Leader Forum
