Portsmouth Healthy Walks

About Us

Portsmouth Healthy Walks have 20 walks led by trained volunteer walk leaders.. These walks are a mixture of city and country walks and are a great way to improve fitness as well as make new friends.

Please wear suitable footwear, comfortable clothing and bring along a drink. New walkers should arrive ten minutes before the start of a walk to complete a simple health questionnaire. Many walks are wheelchair and buggy friendly. These walks are FREE and all are welcome. At the end of the walks there is an opportunity to have tea/coffee - just bring along some cash for a cuppa.
