Medway Health Walks

About Us

Medway Health Walks range from 10 - 75 minutes to suit all abilities.

These social walks are led by trained  Volunteer Walk Leaders.  The walks are organised to support people to get the most enjoyment out of walking . Walking is a gently low impact form of exercise and suitable for all ages and abilities but if you have a concern  please contact your Doctor. Dogs on leads are welcome on most walks.

Walking is also a cheap way to exercise.  All that is needed is a comfortable pair of shoes and suitable clothing. .

Walk and collect goodies. We give away bags, water bottles, tee-shirts and pedometers once you have achieved a certain amount of walks.

We have three 10 - 30 mins walks which are great for beginners or for those who are coming back from illness. These take place from Gillingham, Chatham and Rainham Library.
