Bromley Ramblers: Walking for Health

About Us

Our FREE weekly health walks are situated at various locations across the borough and start from central points. The walks are led by trained, volunteer leaders. We provide a friendly and sociable atmosphere and look forward to welcoming new faces on our walks.

Our aim is to get people walking in their own environments whilst getting all the benefits from the workout.  Walking does not only have physical benefits such as managing your weight and protecting you against other conditions because it is fun and suitable for everyone and a chance to meet new people.

We have a range of walks from recovery, strollers, medium and speedy.

You do not need to book for a walk just come along, if it is your first visit please arrive 10 minutes before the walk is due to set off as there is a Walker registration form to fill it or you can do this online.
