Fresh air, sunshine and gentle exercise can do a world of good for your mental and physical health. The advice from the government is thatyou can continue to walk outside(staying a safe distance from others) unless you are showing symptoms.

Tuesdays. The Worplesdon Walk Group offers 60-minute fast and slower walks from Worplesdon Place, Perry Hill, Worplesdon, GU3 3RY. Meet in front of the pub, Worplesdon Place, 10.30 am for 10.45 start.
Explore Whitmoor Common, Perry Hill, St Mary’s Church, Merrist Wood. Optional refreshments afterward.

Wednesdays. The Shalford Walk Group offers 60-minute fast and slower walks from the overflow car-park behind The Seahorse Inn, Shalford Road, GU4 8BU. Meet at 9.45 for 10 start.
Walks along the River Wey and towards The Chantries with optional refreshments afterward.

Thursdays. The Shere Walk Group offers free 60-minute fast and slower walks from the Shere Recreation Ground car-park, Upper Street, GU5 9JF. Meet at 10 am for 10.15 start.
Explore beautiful Shere, The Tillingbourne, and the surrounding woodland. Optional refreshments afterward.

Fridays. The Whitmoor Walk Group offers 60-minute brisk and slower walks from The Jolly Farmer car-park on Burdenshott Road, GU3 3RN. Meet at 10.45 am for 11 start.
Walks across Whitmoor Common exploring the ponds, streams, woodland, and heath. It can be quite muddy. Optional refreshments afterward at The Jolly Farmer.

For slightly longer health walks, more hilly, up to 90 minutes long:
Mondays. The Boxgrove Walk Group offers brisk walks from the Boxgrove Park shops in Collingwood Crescent, GU1 2PF. Meet at 9.45 am for 10 start.
Every first Monday to Riverside Park, 10 am to 11.20 am, length 80 minutes. Can be quite muddy.
Every second Monday across Guildford Golf Course, 10 am to 11.20 am, length 80 minutes. Some uphills.
Every third Monday to Pewley Down, 10 am to 11.30 am, length 90 minutes. Quite long steep uphill.
Every 4th Monday: 45-minute easy walk around Stoke Park, concluding with refreshments near Stoke Park. This walk is wheelchair and scooter accessible.
If there is a 5th week, then one of the other walks will be repeated.
