CHESTERFIELD & NORTH DERBYSHIRE TINNITUS SUPPORT GROUP

Wellbeing Walk Holmebrook Valley Park - Everyone Welcome

Saturday 28th September 2019 Commencing at 11am

Meet at Cafe by the Pavilion, Holmebrook Valley Park, Watermeadows lane, Chesterfield, S41 8XF

You are invited to join us for a walk in the picturesque Holmebrook Valley Park. The walk will last for approximately 60 minutes. There are some slopes and gentle hills and some uneven ground but suitable for most walking abilities.
Walking outside can lead to more awareness as we see so much more than when we are rushing from one place to another. It is also wonderful and beneficial to share the experience with others
