The second health walk which follows the first is a grade 2 walk which is suitable for people who are looking to increase their activity levels. They are between 30 - 60 minutes and may include some moderate slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and possibly stiles
Those who are new to the Stevenage Health walks should come along for the 10am walk, arriving 15 minutes earlier to allow time to complete the relevant medical forms.
We also offer a social walk each month which generally take place the last Thursday of each month from various locations. These are a grade 3 walk aimed at people looking for more challenging walks and increasing their level of physical activity. They are generally 45 – 90 minutes and may include steeper slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and stiles. For more information about the social walks please see our leaflet or website for the full list.
