Ealing Walks is an accredited Walking for Health Scheme which offers a number of walks across the borough. All walks are free and led by trained walk leaders.
The walks take place in local parks or green spaces on a weekly or monthly basis; walks last between half an hour to one hour and they are open to all abilities.
To join a walk is extremely easy. All you have to do is wear comfortable shoes and suitable clothing and turn up at the meeting point a few minutes prior to the start time. You will have to fill in an Walker registration form when joining the programme for the first time.
Group walks offer a great opportunity to socialise and make new friends. They are also a great way to improve your sleep and mental well-being.
