Chorley - Find your Feet
About Us
Find your Feet is a health walk scheme based in the borough of Chorley, Lancashire. The scheme is coordinated by Chorley Council.
Walks are led by a dedicated team of Volunteer Health Walk Leaders.
All walks are free of charge and there is no need to book, just come along on the day and speak to one of our leaders.
Please dress appropariately for the weather.

Every Monday - Tatton Health Walk, Chorley
Meet at Tatton Community Centre, off Silverdale Road, Chorley, PR6 0PR at 1.00pm for a walk along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal Towpath. Rest/Refreshment stop on route.
Every Fourth Monday of the month - Euxton Walk
Meet at Euxton library, St Mary's Gate, Euxton, Chorley PR7 6AH at 10.30am for a walk around Euxton.
Every Second and Fourth Monday of the Month - Eccleston Health Walk
Meet at Eccleston Library, The Carrington Centre, The Green, Eccleston, PR7 5TE at 10:30am and explore the rural village and its surrounding areas. Finish back at the library for refreshments.
Every Tuesday and Thursday - Cuerden Valley
Meet at The Barn, Preston, Lancashire, PR5 6BY followed by refreshments and a chat in the Barn. There is also a shorter/slower option.
£1 parking.
Every Tuesday - Adlington Walk
Meet at the entrance to Jubilee Rec on Park Road at 10.00am for a walk along the Leeds-Liverpool towpath and surrounding Adlington countryside. Join fellow walkers for refreshments after the walk.
Every Wednesday - Astley Park, Chorley
Meet outside Astley Hall, the grade 1 listed historic house in Astley Park, Chorley at 10.30am for a walk in the park. Join fellow health walkers for refreshments in Astley Parks Cafe Ambio after the walk.
Every Wednesday - Croston
Meet at 10.45am on the Car Park on Out Lane (next to the Doctor's Surgery) for a walk around the historic village of Croston and surrounding farmland. Join walkers for refreshments after the walk.
Every Thursday - Yarrow Valley Country Park
Meet at the Yarrow Valley Visitor Centre off Birkacre Road, Chorley at 10.00am for a walk in the Green Flag award winning Country Park.
Choose between a long or short option.
Join fellow health walkers for refreshments in the Cafe after the walk.
Every Friday - Whittle le Woods
Meet at the Whittle War Memorial at 10.00am for a walk around Whittle le Woods countryside, including Cuerden Valley. Join fellow health walkers for refreshments after the walk.
