Progression Walk - Moderate Pace Walk 10.30am

Lasting around 30/45 mintues These walks are ideal for beginners, meeting at Corporation park, West Park Lodge gate entrance.

An easy pace stroll lasting up to 90 minutes. Meet at Bank Top NLC, Arthur Way, Blackburn. BB2 1QP

Every step counts
Walking for health is running an outreach project in Blackburn and Darwen (every step counts) which provides tailored 12 week walking programme in the community. We especially want to target social isolated, people with long term conditions and the physically inactive.
