There are Walking for Health schemes throughout England, but if you live in Wales or Scotland, then there are similar programmes that you could join.

Ramblers' Medal Routes are three short circular walking routes that start and finish at the same location. These routes are designed to take approximately 15, 30 and 60 minutes. The starting/finishing point is called a Hub. Hubs are usually places where you can relax after your walk with a cup of tea or continue to do another activity or hobby.
