Come and join us for a walk led by qualified walk leaders, where you can gain advice on walking, enjoy a variety of walks on a weekly basis and meet new friends.
In addition we also support businesses that want their employees to lead a more active lifestyle by promoting an increase in walking as part of their every day routine, as well as Schools that wish to drive an increase in physical activity amongst pupils and their families.

MONDAY Wath Walk - Wath Leisure Centre S63 7HL 10.00 - 11.30am (short break halfway)
Every Monday, meet at Wath Leisure Centre 9.50am for a 10.00am start. This is one of our longer walks lasting 90 minutes and covering between 3 - 4 miles depending on the pace of participants. Your Walk Leader on this walk is Ann Cousins. Tea, Coffee and biccies at the end or mid way dependant on which route is being taken.
TUESDAY Kimberworth & Chislett Community Centre Walk (Kimberworth Park Road, S61 3JT) 10.00 - 11.00am
Every Tuesday - This walks offers the opportunity to take in a number of Rotherham's nature reserves and parks with a small, friendly group. Contact the Chislett Centre 24 hrs in advance to confirm the meeting place for the next walk 01709 559805.
WEDNESDAY Winthrop Wednesday Walks 10.30am - 12.00pm (Meet at Winthrop Gardens before 10.30am S66 1EE)
We are delighted to be launching 'Winthrop Wednesday Walks' in partnership with Winthrop Gardens. The weekly walks will start and finish at Winthrop Garden and will take in Wickersley and Winthrop areas. They will be around 3 miles and take about an hour and a half to complete. Note: From Nov 19 to Feb 20 the walk will be run informally by Wintrhop Patrons. All attendees walk at their own risk.
If travelling to Winthrop by car please park in the second car park around the back of the gardens.

THURSDAY Timebuilders Wellbeing Walk 10.00 - 11.00am (Meet at Rotherham Minster just before 10am)
A fun and friendly way to exercise and meet new people. These short, steady walks lasting less than an hour take in Clifton Park, Boston Castle and the Canal before finishing back at the Minster for a cuppa and a chat.
Please wear comfortable footwear. Suitable for all levels
