Our walks are primarily for Leeds City Council staff as part of LCC's employee wellbeing programme.

Our walks

Leeds City Council currently runs two lunchtime walking groups. 

Why not take a break from your office, chat with colleagues and discover new features of your surrounding areas?

GROUP 1: We meet at 12.15 noon every Wednesday in the Apex Centre Reception area. Walks generally last between 45-60 minutes.

We have a variety of routes in and around the Holbeck and Hunslet area.

GROUP 2: We meet at 12 noon every Tuesday in the Merrion House foyer. Walks generally last  35 - 45 minutes, with the odd longer route. Our walks cover much of Leeds City Centre and beyond e.g. down to the River Aire and up to University
