Grimsby Health Walk

The walk is designed for anyone of any ability to participate in a short sociable health walk as a starting point to increasing their physical activity.

Our walks

The Health Walk starts and finishes at the Grimsby Leisure Centre, Cromwell Rd, Grimsby, every Thursday morning.

We meet from 9.45am in the area outside the swimming pool.

The walk is free and leaves the Leisure Centre at 10am, and follows a route near the river Freshney, returning to the Leisure Centre for refreshments afterwards (These are available from the vending machines within the Leisure Centre, please ensure you have small change with you).

The walk is suitable for all abilities, including those with mobility or breathing problems.
