Age UK Staffordshire Positive Steps
Welcome to the Positive Steps Project.
If you are new or returning to exercise, walking not only offers the opportunity to improve fitness at a pace that suits you, but also provides the opportunity to meet new people and socialise.
We offer a programme of group walks, encouraging people of all ages to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
Our walks are led by volunteer walk leaders who are trained in leading Health Walks. Our friendly walk leaders look forward to welcoming you to our groups.
For more information and a full programme of our walks please contact Susan Blower on 01785 788472 email@example.com
