Staffordshire Moorlands: Fresh Air, Fitness & Friends
Region: West Midlands
Last updated: 28, April 2011

Fresh Air Fitness And Friends is the Staffordshire Moorlands Health Walk programme. It is  funded by Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.

The walks led by volunteer walk leaders are accessible to everyone. They will be of particular interest to people who want to improve their fitness with a group of friendly walkers. Older people or people with health problems are made very welcome. The walks are also popular with people who live alone and want to get out and about with others.
