EVERY FRIDAY at 10AM

PONTESBURY MEDICAL PRACTICE

Offering two walks:

Walk 1 is on a flat terrain
Walk 2 is longer and more strenuous

Please note:

You will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire before your 1st health walk.  Suitable shoes recommended.  Why not bring a friend?

The Next Volunteer Walk Leader training course will be held at the Lantern in Shrewsbury on Monday 2nd April 2012.
