Our walks

Join us and walk your way to better health! All ages and abilities welcome. 

Did you know walking can help…. 

  • Increase fitness, confidence and wellbeing
  • Reduce your risk of heart disease
  • Control body weight
  • Reduce high blood pressure

Find your local walk and just turn up!  Led walks take place Monday to Saturday every week throughout the year. Please select the Walk Info on the right hand side to find your nearest walk.

To find out which walk suits your ability please select the Walk Level Guidelines on the right hand side.

 

Walk Leaders Wanted! (Training Provided) Do you want to become a qualified Voluntary Walk Leader and help others walk their way to health? Maybe you know someone else who would like to take up a new challenge and help keep Teignbridge active?
