Ivybridge is just one of the Walk and Talk scheme that is running in South Hams . Others are South Brent, Kingsbridge, Dartmouth and Totnes.

All walks led by trained, friendly walk leaders and are FREE! All you need are comfortable shoes, loose fitting clothing and waterproofs if wet

Our walks

Ivybridge Walk and Talk offers walks on two days of the week

Easy Going Walk: Tuesday @10am

This is the walk for you if you don't do much physical activity at the moment or have restricted mobility.

It is likely to take between 30 and 45 minutes and an hour on flat, level, hard surfaced paths, it may be suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.

Meet inside Ivybridge Leisure Centre, Ivybridge.

Moderate Walk: Thursday @10am

Come along to this walk if you already do a small amount of activity and would like to increase this; or have a minor mobility problem but are able to walk at a moderate speed and cope with some hills.

This walk will last approx an hour, with some gradients, possibly steps and uneven terrain.
