Fancy a Walk?

Health Walks are organised Volunteer led walks that last between 30 – 55 minutes. They are FREE to take part in and are a great way to help you get more active and meet new people. They are suitable for everyone regardless of age or ability, and you need no specialist equipment.

Our walks are based all around the Forest of Dean taking in its natural beauty and stunning views.

Plus the large majority of our walks finish with a nice cup of tea and cake!

If you can't find a walk in your area please contact us and we will try to set one up. We are always on the look out for more walk leader volunteers, if you are interested in becoming a walk leader please do not hesitate to contact us! If you would like to become a walk leader we can offer:

  •       Free walk leader training
  •       Support in setting up your health walk
  •       Promotion and marketing of your walk around the area and online
  •       First aid kits (where possible)
  •       High visability jackets (where possible)
  •       Walking 4 health backpacks (where possible)
