Halton Borough Council (Walking for Health)
About us
The Walking Your Way to Health program Halton run a schedule of weekly health walks lead by volunteers in Widnes and Runcorn.
The walks range between 20-60 minutes.
Halton Borough Council also support independant walking with a variety of health walk maps including Green Flag site walks, Green Park walks, Urban walks, and Active travel to work maps for Halton Borough Council staff.
Occassionally promotions include free step-o-metres for Halton residents who register to start walking.
Our walks
Various health walks in Widnes and Runcorn, suitable for people of all ages and abilities.
A monthly schedule of walks is available on request.

Local walking maps for Palacefields, Hallwood Park, Halton Lea and West Bank are also avialable.
