Wear Walking for Health
A programme of walks has been developed throughout the Durham Dales as part of the Walking for Health programme.
Volunteer led walks offer both an introduction to walking for health, suitable for most levels of fitness, and also longer walks. All are free and open to everyone. No dogs are allowed. Blind or visually impaired participants with a guide dog are welcome.
