Chester-le-Street: Footsteps to Fitness


Our walks
Footsteps to Fitness is a programme of moderate guided walks designed as an introduction to Walking for Health, which vary in length between 3 and 4 miles and are taken at an easy pace.
The walks in the Chester le Street area take place on a Wednesday morning, starting at 10am and the ones in the Coxhoe area on a Thursday morning, also starting at 10am. The group is hoping to start walks in the Brandon area shortly.
The groups are currently looking for Volunteer Walk Leaders, training will be provided.
