Merton Walk 4life

About us

Merton Council's Walk 4life healthy walks are a great way to become more active, reduce health problems such as high blood pressure and obesity, plus you will also get some fresh air and meet new people, The walks are in the boroughs parks and open spaces, led by accredited Walk Leaders so you walk safely at your own pace and for as long as you want to.  These walks are free and though primarily for the over 55's, all ages and ability are welcome to join us.  For your first walk please arrive 5 minutes before the walk time and introduce yourself to the Walk Leader.  We walk in all weathers so come along and join us! All details of walk dates, times and venues are on Merton's webgage www.merton.gov.uk/walk4life
