About us

Walk your Way to Health with Haverings Health Walks…

We walk 6 days a week and have walks to support all types of walkers from beginner walks to easy, medium and hard walks. They vary from 30 minutes to 2 hours and have a number of qualified walk leaders to assist you and the group.

Everyone is welcome and the walks are FREE!

There is no need to book, you just come along on the day you want to join us.

Our scheme is here to help support you in leading an active lifestyle, whilst discovering more about the many greenspaces in your local area. These walks are very popular, with getting an average of 30 to 60 walkers on each walk, so a good opportunity to socialise with people who enjoy walking like you do.

Calling all Buggy Walkers!

Find it hard to get down the gym with your little ones? Then why not 'Walk your Way to Health' with Havering's Buggy Led Walks.

Walks around your local park can contribute to your 150 minutes of physical activity per week (recommended by DoH).

The Walks are FREE and you can bring your little ones. So come along to one of our buggy walks, get fit and meet new people!
