Bromley: Walk for Life

About us

Our Weekly Health Walks are situated at various locations across the borough and usually start from central points such as community centres, clinics or GP surgeries. The walks are led by a trained, volunteer leader. We provide a friendly and sociable atmosphere and look forward to welcoming new faces on our walks.

Our aim is to get people walking in their own environments whilst getting all the benefits from the workout.  Walking does not only have physical benefits such as managing your weight and protecting you against other conditions because it is fun and suitable for everyone and a chance to meet new people.

You do not need to book for a walk just come along.
