East Sussex Health Walks

About Us

All of our health walks are suspended due to the need to reduce the risk of spreading the Coronavirus.

It is really important that at this time we all take extra care of our health and of other people’s health.

This is a temporary measure and we hope to be back out there and walking before too long.

Please note that in the meantime, the Health Walk Coordinator is on furlough and will not be able to answer messages.

Welcome to East Sussex Health Walks.

We have health walks dotted all around the county, mostly about an hour and not too difficult. They are all completely free to join and there is absolutely no need to book. Just turn up shortly before the start time and look for the leaders in yellow high viz jackets!

Most of the walks take place every week, unless otherwise stated, but please do check about bank holiday weekends.

The walks are easy and suitable for all ages and abilities. Stiles and tricky terrain are avoided as much as possible. Some of the rural routes can get muddy in the winter, but there should always be an alternative route available.

Please get in touch if you have any further enquiries.
