King's Wood Health Walk
Lings Local Nature Reserve
This informal group meets every Tuesday at 9:30am in the Wildlife Trust’s Environmental Education Centre in the heart of this beautiful nature reserve. The group like to look out for different wildlife of interest, and there is always something new to see each week.
After the walk tea, coffee and biscuits are provided for those who wish to stay.
King's Wood Local Nature Reserve
The King's Wood Health Walk is an informal and friendly group that currently meets at the Kingswood Neighbourhood Centre Cafe on a fortnightly basis on Tuesdays at 10.30am.
From the centre we go on a 45 minute walk around the beautiful ancient woodland of King's Wood Local Nature Reserve before heading back to the cafe for refreshments.
The woodland is a great place to walk through at all times of year, with all kinds of wildlife to spot along the way, so come along and join us!
Some of the paths in King's Wood are uneven and can be muddy when wet, therefore sturdy footwear is strongly advised at all times of year.
