Rushcliffe Health Walks

Move and Mingle is a programme of health walks in Rushcliffe. The walks are a great way to meet new people and socialise while walking to benefit your health. If you would like to get involved, either by coming along to one of our friendly walks or by volunteering as a walk leader, please get in touch.
Our walks
Move and Mingle is a programme of health walks in Rushcliffe. The free walks are led by Walking for Health trained leaders and you can walk at your own pace.
The current WfH Walk programme is as follows:
Tuesday Poppy and Pint pub on Pierrepont Road, Lady Bay. Walks will be up to 2 miles depending on levels of fitness. Walkers should meet outside the pub at 10.45am (or inside if it is wet) ready to start at 11.00 a.m. Walkers often stay to socialise over coffee at this welcoming pub after the walk.
Wednesday Approximately 50 minute walk around Rushcliffe Country Park, Ruddington meet at the Education Centre to start at 10.30am. A really friendly group who welcome walkers of any ability.
Friday Approximately 50 minute walk around Cotgrave Country Park meet at the Rose and Crown pub car park to start at 2pm. A really sociable walk that ends in the pub so walkers can socialise over a soft drink.
