Our group is for the over 50's.  We meet each Monday near the re-cycling centre in Sainsbury's car park in Arnold at 10.15

£2 is paid towards petrol costs and designated cars take us to the starting point of the walks, which are usually around 3 miles duration.

Our walks

A Saturday walk which is more gentle, short and on paved surfaces also week-day off-road, more strenuous walks. The group has a strong social element, usually stopping off at a local cafe after the walks.

People know about our walks from articles in local, free journals, by word of mouth or are referred by a health professional through the Walking for Health programme.
