Bedfordshire Walk 4 Health

Walk 4 Health Bedfordshire, co-ordinated by Bedfordshire Rural Communities Charity, covers the Central Bedfordshire area of the county.
There are currently 12 different walk programmes operating under this scheme, most of these are weekly walks of about an hour. Programmes currently operate in Arlesey, Barton-le-Clay, Biggleswade, Dunstable, Flitwick, Henlow, Houghton Regis, Marston, and Potton.
For further information about the walks please contact Mike Fayers - see details below.
Our walks
There are walks taking place every weekday, and occasionally at weekends. The majority of these are flat walks with no stiles, and are suitable for almost everybody.
A number of the walks end at cafes or pubs to enable walkers to have a social drink before they leave.
Feel free to contact the appropriate walk leader (details on walks table, which also includes Bedford walks) if you would like further information on a specific walk.
