Insurance Update

Scheme Coordinators, Walk Leaders and walkers can be reassured that the preferred bidder for Walking for Health has already recognised the vital importance of the insurance aspect of the national service and has already agreed a continuation of cover with its brokers. It is intended that this will be put into place as soon as the contract is signed in readiness for April 1 activation.

We hope that this settles a few concerns which schemes have had with regards to insurance.
