Third time lucky! Three years ago, health walks were set up at a Shropshire sheltered housing scheme. The aim was to encourage residents to take part in low-level walks of up to thirty minutes.

Natural England and the Royal Parks ensure season of goodwill continues into 2011

Natural England and the Royal Parks have teamed up with the Ramblers and the Rain Trust to help Londoner’s walk their way back to fitness in 2011 with a series of free guided health walks in London’s Royal Parks starting Sunday 23rd January 2011.
