Information for trainers
One of the major aspects of Walking for Health is the free training we provide to enable people to become volunteer walk leaders, or to go on and train others.
The administration of Volunteer Walk Leader training has now been partially reinstated after being suspended late in 2011 as part of the handover from Natural England. For more details please consult the training section of the website or the news story.
We aim to reintroduce all other services, including the training of new Cascade Trainers, as soon as possible.
The 'cascade trainer' training section
We have a comprehensive selection of resources for people who have completed our cascade training to train new walk leaders.
